Language Chooser Widget [v0.2.1]

Allows you to select the language with which to browse the website.
Changes:
- Now uses Controller::currentController()->ID instead of Controller::currentController()->failover->ID (bug found/fixed by Andrei Dragomir)
- Added option to display current language in the widget.
- Doesn't display on controller-less pages.
