Newsletter Module

Hi,
I am having problems with my newsletter subscription page. I didn't have this problem before so I suppose this is because I updated my site to version 2.3.4.
Here is the error I get:
[Warning] Invalid argument supplied for foreach()
GET /ahonfound/mailing-list-subscription/Line 262 in C:\wamp\www\ahonfound\newsletter\code\SubscribeForm.php
Similarly, I also get this error on the admin panel of the newsletter:
[Warning] file_get_contents(C:/wamp/www/ahonfound/cms/javascript/tinymce.template.js) [function.file-get-contents]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory
GET /ahonfound/admin/newsletter/Line 472 in C:\wamp\www\ahonfound\sapphire\core\Requirements.php
Any ideas? Thanks!

It seems that this module doesn't work with 2.3.3 as well. Is there a recent update for this module? Or is there a similar module which does the job?
