I have installed the form module into my site and gave my contact page the "User Defined Form" page type. I clicked on the form tab in the CMS, selected a text field, clicked "add" and this took me to a page: http://localhost/admin/EditForm, which appears as a blank page. I am fairly certain that this is some form of bug in the module; the tutorial in the Silverstripe book describes different behavior here...and I am not able to create a form. When I go back to http://localhost/admin/ the form tab area looks exactly the same (no apparent form field added) and when I navigate to the page on my live site (after I saved and published), I only see a submit button. This seems straight forward...am I doing something wrong?
