userforms-v0.2.1

I've added the userforms-v02.1 module and it all work until i try and add a field from the drop down bar the it takes me to the following address: http://localhost:8888/silverstripe/admin/EditForm
I'm using MAMP as my virtual server so everything in the address makes sense except the /EditForm and a blank screen.
Does anyone have any advice?

Make sure the folder name is named exactly 'userforms' not 'userforms-v12' or anything. Rebuild the database and when you reload the admin throw on a ?flush=1 to the end of the URL as well (yoursite.com/admin?flush=1 to make sure your up to date.
