Create poll permission for editors

Hello,
I have Polls module installed on ss2.4.1. so far it works as expected. I can create polls as administrator but editors can't. I want to give editors the ability to create polls two. So I installed Simplify, but it doesn't seem to have poll permissions..
any idea how can give the create poll permission to editors?
