Mollom, and spam protector - no working

Hey, i add mollom, and spam protector module. Rebuild database, and conf. _config.php
Anty-spam module not viewer in the form reply.
What should I do?

No, becouse I don't know where i add this code in my Page.php, and ContactPage.php
