Mollom parse error syntax error

Hi
I've just tried to install mollom to use in conjunction with the forum module (versions: mollom 0.2.1, spamprotection 0.3, forum 0.2.4, SS 2.3.4)
when i run dev/build it comes up with:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in C:\............\mollom\_config.php on line 1when i looked at the mollom\_config.php file all that has in it is <?php
I'm assuming there should be more than that in that file?
