Microsoft SQL Server and Image Gallery Module

Hello,
Yesterday I installed the latest version of the Gallery Module and after fixing the quotation problems for SQL Server I created a new album and uploaded a few images. The files are uploaded correctly and are also present in the File table. But they are missing in the ImageGalleryItem table. Tracing the issued sql commands on sql server side, it seems that the insert into this table does not occur.
When I select some files for uploading, they are uploaded, but they are not shown in the upload dialog. They just disappear...
Any ideas?

Hi,
I'm having this exact same problem (SS on IIS 7 and SQL Server 2008 RS)... The CMS system itself seems to work just fine but I get problems with the Image Gallery module. I'd really like to know how you fixed the quotation problem (I have also seen that) and if you ever managed to resolve the issue fully.
