Mobile and Google analytics

Has any noticed that google analytics isn't recording traffic normally after activating the mobile module?
I have it set to load the mobile theme without redirecting.
My google-analytics stats are down ~90% starting the day I activated the module.
I had not made the availability of the mobile site public yet, so I have de-activated it.. will follow to see if the stats return.
