Subsite/Multi-Site URLs NOT rewriting Properly

I've have the subsite module installed and it works. However when you go go to any page in the subsite the URL in browser remains as root. So if I got to http://mysite.com/page-1 it show the content of Page 1 but the URL shows http://mysite.com
It make it really hard to book mark specific pages
