I'm new at my work and a recent grad w/ info systems and e-commerce.

I've started at a place that has silverstripe delivering news articles and general information to its customers - no ecom.

What I've been asked to do is find a way to enter around 200 or so calendar events at the AGM in a way that can be uploaded staright into the site once all the dates for the events have been through a verification process.

So to break it down:

1. People give me a bunch of dates and events throughout the day
2. I input this data into 'x' that allows me to print all of the events off in a readable format.
3. I give the print out to them and they review and change the dates as they please
4. When they give me back the finalised dates I put them straight up on the website

The time frame for this whole process is under an hour for me to have it all up - the boiler room

Any ideas/ solutions would be much appreciated
