Newsletter - Subscription page

Ok, I'm now on SilverStripe 2.4.5 with the newsletter 0.4.0 rc1.
It looks like the Module is working fine now.
I can create type, draft, send email, use templates ...I'm now trying to create a subscription page.
I went to Pages / Create / Subscription page, and I now have an error message: Error missing argument 2 for CheckboxSetWithExtraField::setValue ... (see attached screen shot).Any idea?

Try using the latest master release (https://github.com/silverstripe-labs/silverstripe-newsletter)

But as far as I can see, the latest master release is 0.4.0-rc1 ; which is what I've been using ...

Sorry I meant latest master - https://github.com/silverstripe-labs/silverstripe-newsletter/tarball/master
0.4.0-rc1 was released 16 months ago so it is quite old. All the module maintainers haven't been releasing new updates for ages but some development is going ahead in the master branches.
