User forms module

I am using the latest version of forms module http://www.silverstripe.org/user-forms-module/
It installed and configured very easily. The only question that I have is that when a user fills out and submits a form the email that it sends list the fields as EditableTextField1, EditableTextField2, ect....
How do I change this for it to display in the email that it sends something like this Name, Last Name, etc....

Have you entered labels for each of the fields? That text box next to the icon is the 'label'.

I had tried that at first, but it listed the name of each field twice on the page. I will try again and see if it works.

ok, that worked. you cant fill in right title and the label.
