I don't know if I can submit a bug ticket or if that has to be done by a moderator. A couple things I've noticed:

1. The first time I revisit the form in the admin and try to add a field I get directed to a white (server error?) page. If I hit back I'm able to add new fields like there was never a problem. I experience this with Safari

2. Using Chrome, sometimes I am unable to open the options for a field. Refreshing the browser seems to resolve the issue.
