pagerater ratings don't stick

Hello
I have installed pagerater 0.1 in SilverStripe 2.4.5 and have the following problems:
1. When I add $PageRatingForm to Page.ss the form shows up and the stars can be clicked, but when the page is reloaded the rating is lost.
2. When I add $PageRatingForm to PageCommentInterface.ss the form does not show up, even though I have PageRaterStarField::set_extra_form_selector('form#PageCommentInterface_Form_PostCommentForm'); in mysite/_config.php.Does anyone know how to get this module working?
