Uploadify issue with upload

Hi,
I always seem to get this error when trying to upload a file with this module:Koala.jpg (49.16KB) - File Size Error
This seems to occur only on the live server rather than locally where it does work.
What resolution does anyone have?
PS: The upload directory has access, files can be uploaded without the module, and no matter what file I try I get the same issue. Folders however can be created through the interface.
