Apache logs display exit "signal Segmentation fault (11)"

Poll widgets work across the site. There is one section that has a specific template under which I am getting the above error. If I am ?flush-ing the page displays as it should. Without flushing, it throws the error, resulting in:

Safari can’t open the page "...” because the server unexpectedly dropped the connection. This sometimes occurs when the server is busy. Wait for a few minutes, and then try again.

Any ideas what could be causing this? Does this have anything to do with caching? This is pretty urgent, we will need to be going live in the next day or two and I need to be able to display that widget... Please help :)
