Can I do this and how do I do this?

I have a static sidebar set up on my site ...
http://www.homelesshounds.org.uk/index.php/dogs-for-adoption/sassy/
I would like to replace the drop down links on the top right of the sidebar on this page and replace it with and information panel a shown on this other site ...
http://www.freshfieldsrescue.org.uk/animals/detail/cookie
This would need to be different for each dog. Is this possible and if so where would I start?
