Hi,

I'm looking to have a live chat option on our website, so that when people visit one of our team can exchange messages and the visitor can open or close the live chat box.

Is anyone aware of how this can be achieved? and / or where a relevant post may be on these forums? as we've looked high & low and can't find exactly what we want - most seem to be focused on fixed position IM or chat options, rather than the flexible solutions seen on many consumer / B2B sites.
