Modules for 3.0.3

Are the modules for 3.0.0 compatible with ss3.0.3?

Should be. I'd test whichever module(s) you're looking at and you'll quickly have your answer

Hi,
Yes they should work , newer SS release means more updates & bug fix, if any change should happen would be less error & better performance .Here is a gold mine I just found & like to share : https://github.com/anselmdk/ss3-resources/blob/master/modules.md

Did you maybe hear about the book: SilverStripe: The Complete Guide to CMS Development?
Do you know if I will be able to develop modules by it for version 3?

As good as the book is - it is now 3 years old and based on 2.3.x (not 3.x.x) and due to the number of differences there will be some head-scratching. I'd still recommend the book as the basic unit of DataObject has not changed.
Note - I haven't made the jump to 3.x.x yet - so I dont' really know.
