Custom Module with Simple Form Post Question

I am creating a module that will update a Google Calendar Event. The page currently has a form with a submit action of post to another post.php file. What is the best way to implement a form in a module that posts data back to another php class in SS? Should I be posting back to the same page and if so how do I do that in SS and stay with the whole MVC pattern?
