Recaptcha Module

I'd like to implement the Recaptcha Module on my current project. I've followed the steps but so far have gotten zero results from them. I was wondering if anyone has had any success with this module? The instructions are pretty vague and I really need a captcha solution for my forms. Please help!

What exactly is your problem ?
By the way, Silverstripe just released a new spam-protection module as well...
