[SOLVED] SubSites - get object from other subsite

Hi,
How can I get an data object from another subsite using something like this:
DataObject::get_one("SomePage", "SomeBoolean = 1");

Just found the:
Subsite::$disable_subsite_filter
also I found out that the GroupSubsites filter gives access to the main site (SubsiteID = 0) in every subsite while the SiteTree doesn't. Feels like I bug to me so I reported it at:
