MollomServer exception error

I have turned on email error reporting but I'm getting repeated error messages:

Error: Uncaught Exception: Specify at least on argument
At line 101 in /home/jcolwill/public_html/mollom/code/MollomServer.php

All errors are being triggered by PageComments/PostCommentForm.

This site does get a reasonable number of comments and comments are appearing on the site.
Any suggestions on what is causing the error? I'll have to turn off the email error reporting if I can't fix this problem.
