    so I was using silverstripe 2.2.1 i believe, and just updated to the 2.3.x and got the user form module.. previously I had a custom page type (OneTimeForm.php) that was basically user form but set a cookie when you submitted it. now i cant get the page type to show up in the cms... its there when i do db/build... but not in the page type drop down...

    any help?

    Hi,

    Can you attach the file and specify the path that is located in your installation and this may assist with troubleshooting.

    I am having the same issue. I have created new page types, rebuilt the DB but nothing...
