I finally get the email recipients tab, but I guess what I'm still missing is can the client get a copy of the form as they did in V0.1?

if i wanna change the form design where i can change it and how what are the css things i need to change to set the color of the form and mollom background from grey to yellow lets say and the texts to brown -

Do you have Firebug? this is good to get the right classes for overwritting current styles.
Most of the current styles are in themes/blackcandy/css/form.css (that is of course your using the blackcandy theme).

Found the style of box over field there.
but cant get the text color working. its grey always where i need to change the css to get it from grey to brown -

I have downloaded the latest trunk from the link you posted earlier.
I now only get one drop down for "Send Email Instead To".. still nothing for "from".
Can anyone with the latest trunk confirm that they do or do not have a drop down to select the "from" in the "Send Email Instead To" pop-up. Post screen shots please.

I have the latest trunk and I have 2 options for the drop down under "Send Email Instead From". See attached file.
