USERFORMS NOT WORKING

I'm running SilverStripe-v2.3.0 and the Userforms module is not working. It's on the same level as the cms and jsparty. The folder is called "userforms." I tried putting it in other directories and it still does not work.
When I /dev/build I get the following error:
Website Error
There has been an error
The website server has not been able to respond to your request.Can anyone help?

What version of userforms are you trying to use. If you are trying to use the new 0.2 userforms then you need to run at least 2.3.2 beta as this has the new hooks for it.
Thats the generic error page BTW - turn on devmode to get the full and proper error messsage - Director::set_environment_type("dev"); in your _config.php file
