Hi am new to working with silver stripe.I like silver stripe.
<br >I installed gallery-v0.2.3 in my local silverstripe.
<br >I want to show to default image gallery in my first.

You're going to have to be much more descriptive. What do you mean by a default image? What do you mean by first? When do I see this default image? In the album view? Gallery view?
