UserForms 0.1 - Cannot kill a checkbox field

Hi,
I'm trying to kill a checkbox field, but everytime I reload the backend, it's there again...
Can anyone help me...?

Are you saving the page after you delete it?. 0.1 had lots of interesting issues like that you might like to try 0.2
