Event Calendar problem

I have a problem, I can't add dates to my events which renders the whole extension useless. Here are some screenshots to give you an idea how the admin panel looks like:
When I click add date it will look like this:
Can anyone help? Please?

Make sure the root folder for the module is called "event_calendar" and not eventcalendar_r123xxx or whatever the zip file is named.

Same for the "dataobject_manager" module, which seems to be the bigger issue in those screens.
