Just testing it now, it should work, but might require some tweaks as Groups, etc have been introduced in 2.4.0.
Should have a compatible version very soon.

Hi all,
I think I found a bug where you loose "Admin" rights if you rename "Administrator"

Ok, so I was logged into the cms and on the security tab. In "Security Groups" I can see the members tab and edit it.
I clicked on the "Administrators" group and renamed it to "Super Admin"
I clicked create and was going to create a new group but it showed up under "Super Admin" so I clicked on the allow drag and drop and moved it between "Super Admin" and "Content Authors"
Then I noticed this new group had nowhere for me to edit it's details! Its missing the "Members", "Permissions", & "IP Address" tab.
I clicked on "Super Admin" and it too is missing the same thing. So is content editors.
It's like it removed that permission from my account. But looking at my rights under "Security Groups" : My Name: Edit: Permissions: It has everything checked but nothing is able to uncheck.
Any thoughts?
John

UPDATE: When I delete the Simplify folder on the server, everything works ( I can still see the simplify options in the admin too).
I am using SS 2.4.0

Hi John,

I've been investigating - the latest version of Simplify is currently not compatible with 2.4.0.
I am working now to produce a new version that will be compatible, it should be available soon.

Cheers,
Dan
