Fuzz10 - thanks for that, the next version (released within 2 weeks) is going to be bigger and better!
thisisram - on that note, the next version will allow you to hide any tab-set, tab or field on any page type.
So to answer your question - Yes, you'll be able to hide all except the Metadata tab.

Hi guys,
Thanks for your patience, I've been very busy with my day job, building sites using Silverstripe
But I have time now to work on Simplify, and should have a new release out very soon.
I'm not putting a lot of time into working with the current JS of the CMS, as its all being replaced and improved in 2.4
However the functionality of Simplify will still stay the same.
The next release will allow you to hide any field on any page type, and add a few more permissions.
See the attached photo for a preview of the interface for doing this. It shows that Pages have the Main and Behaviour tabs hidden.
