I didn't want to add to the already huge thread on the original 0.2.0 announcement, but I'm getting the same problem as Margotta here: http://silverstripe.org/all-other-modules/show/260588?start=104#post264468

I've got a working version of 2.3.2 - no other modules - downloaded the released version of the UserForms module from the main site page (and I've tried this with the latest trunk version too).

Cleared all cache (and deleted SS cache folder contents). Did a dev/build.

Added a new page with the User Defined Form type.

Click on form, and the add new field area looks a little goofy (see attached image), so I started to get suspicious.

Selected a text field and clicked add, and kazam! Blank page. It's trying to access /admin/EditForm.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
