Static publisher - several issues.

Hi, just wondering if any of you have these issues with static publisher :

First of all if running from the webserver (not from command line ) the apache eats all available ram in several goes. (see the attached picture).

Another two are described in ticket system :

Just wondering if anyone had a problems and managed to solve them
