To whom can help,

I'm having a little problem with the event_calendar module. I've managed to get an overall calendar setup and running, however I wish to remove the side bar calendar navigation/filter from the Single Events page. I've gone through the CalendarEvent.ss and remove the sidebar container and reference. This doesn't seem to solve my issue.

Site at the moment is:
http://cadcoder.com

Any ideas?

You should never modify the templates that are in the module directory. Copy them to your mysite or theme directory, edit them there, and run a build.

e.g., for event_calendar/templates/Layout/CalendarEvent.ss, you should copy to {ThemeDir}/templates/Layout/CalendarEvent.ss

and edit as you see fit.

That way, when the module is updated, it doesn't overwrite your changes.
