HTML in Newsletter

Howdy,
After a bit of jogging around I finally got Newsletter v.011 to work with SSv2.3.2 I end up getting the tiny.mce file that is required from an earlier site.
Now I seem to have a bug that doesn't show the WYSIWYG in with content field and that it isn't sized to 100% of the window.
I've attached a screen grab of what I see when I go to a draft newsletter.
Any thoughts or pointers in the right direction would be greatly appreciated

Hi did you find out how to fix this problem? i too have lost my wysiwyg
