Question about Mod Rewrite URL in Silverstripe

Hi,
I have a question about mod rewrite. I know that ss have a built in mod rewrite url that will be based on the sitetree, but how about if i want to create a more enhanced mod rewrite url, for example is just like on this forum :
http://silverstripe.org/all-other-modules/show/260588
I was hoping it can be created to become http://silverstripe.org/all-other-modules/show/UserForms-0.2Can someone point a way for this.
