Recursive Manifestbuilder

Modification to the ManifestBuilder attached as a patch. I really would like to get feedback and bug reports on it. See also http://open.silverstripe.org/ticket/4591
any folder with a file _manifest_recurse will be recursed into and you can group your modules conveniently.
