Flickr module - fatal error - restfulservice.php

I have just tried to install the Flickr Module (v0.3) onto Silverstripe (2.3.3) and get the following error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function curl_init() in _\wamp\www\SilverStripe\api\RestfulService.php on line 96I have had a look at the line 96 but as a newbie don't really understand it!
Woudl it be the authUsername on line 114? Should this be changed to my Flickr login details?
