    Hi Guys,

    Is there a way to change the look of the form generated by this module?
    For example, I want to put the labels on the left hand side.. etc..

    Possible?

    Yes of course. The look of the form depends on a cssfile ([theme]/css/form.css). Get yourself firebug to determin where the css for an html element comes from.
