SS v2.3.3

I have 2 other sites with Static Publisher working (on different host), but this new site isn't.

Saw this post http://silverstripe.org/all-other-modules/show/256003?start=0 and was wondering if another Module was breaking Static Publisher.

Modules Installed
- DataObjectManager
- SWFUpload
- Spam Protection
- Recaptcha
- Userforms
- Secure Files

Issues / Errors
- htaccess isn't redirecting to static pages (cache folder)
- Object::add_extension("SiteTree", "FilesystemPublisher('cache/', 'html')"); is causing Publishing errors...
---"Error Saving Content" and Rotating graphic on Save & Publish button doesn't go away... Although page does publish.
---Couldn't run query: SELECT ........ /sapphire/core/model/MySQLDatabase.php line 401 (http://mysite.com/admin/EditForm)
