Commented function calls (or parameters) in _config.php

Hi,

It'd be nice to see as more as possible commented examples of function calls or parameters in file _config.php. It will make life easier.
Instead of asking on forum of every detail, e.g. how to setup multilingual site, or how to enable debugging or something else...
Please, consider this as feature request

By the way, is there a document describing all tags used to control template representation, e.g. <% if Menu(2) %>?
