Publish all changed functionality

I think that 'publish all' button or something similar would save a lot of clicks when updating a lot of pages...

As for publishing all the pages at once, you can do that by using <projectroot>/admin/publishall - eventually, we may add this to the admin panel so anyone can publish all the pages at once.
