I wonder if anyone can help me out.. I installed Silverstripe and kept the packaged theme in tact. On IE 7 the theme displays correctly. However, when viewed in IE 6 the theme is broken up and is not displaying as it should. Additionally, the theme is not displayed properly on Firefox. You can see a screenshot of the theme on IE 6 here:

Does anyone know how I can resolve this issue and make the theme cross-browser compatible?

Thanks in advance.

That's a pretty old school theme, that's just the tutorial site, which you've seemingly demonstrated doesn't work well in IE6 due to, most likely, IE6 CSS bugs we haven't dealt with properly.

Long term we're more likely to upgrade the tutorial to use blackcandy... you should be using blackcandy or make your own template design when you want to make a proper site :)

I dont even have a copy of that theme to test it out but it looks like it might be a clearing issue. Try added overflow: hidden; to the div that wraps round that whole block. (Upon finding a copy of the template file try adding that to #ContentContainer or #Content)
