Problem with admin functions (please Help)

Hi.
I'm new to Silver Stripe but I like the options that you have available. However I have a problem with my admin section. after installation I login and then problem starts. I can not do anything. Anywhere I click I get a javascript window with the following message:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /mysite/site/admin/getitem on this server.
Appache/1.3.39 server at ( my domain here ) Port 80.I tried few versions but the result is the same.
Please let me know how I can solve this problem. -

I just found a way to solve my problem.
It is Apachee permissions issue.
Remove and Uninstall or Disable ModSecurity (mod_security)
