RSS comments feed display spam

Not sure if it was reported, but google.com/webmaster tool helped me identify this problem
let's say someone submitted a spam to the system, and system identify it as a spam and would not show it on page, but spam comments would show up in the RSS feeds
as an example http://demo.silverstripe.com/PageComment/rss?pageid=1902
first comment is spam -

Investigating...
(BTW; demo RSS comments continuously refresh; the demo self-destructs and rebuilds hourly)

This bug has been fixed in a later release of SilverStripe.
