I mentioned a few weeks ago (http://www.silverstripe.com/site-builders-forum/flat/7362) that the 404 pages in SilverStripe were being returned with a 200 OK response code. After receiving no comments I logged it as a bug and was then told that this problem was fixed in trunk. Can someone point me to where this has been fixed because it's still broken in 2.2RC1.

Whilst the enhancements in 2.2 are great, the fact that more fundamental things like this appear to have been ignored worries me.
