Ocasional Error -> RestfulService.php

I'm occasionally getting the following error (Server path replaced with <path>:
Warning: Warning: there are two 'RestfulService' files both containing the same class:
'<path>/sapphire/api/RestfulService.php' and
'<path>/mashups/code/RestfulService.php'. This
might mean that the wrong code is being used. in
<path>/sapphire/core/ManifestBuilder.php on line
243on a 2.2.0rc1 install. It happens in both the /admin and on the site. It's about every 30th time a page is loaded, with no seeming pattern to type of page. Any ideas?
