can´t install

i tried to install SilverStripe last version in amen shared host
something do not work maybe mod_rewrite
i have tried some cms why we don´t look to the best examples MODX has a good install ....
i want to try this cms i think that is a great cms
what is the chemod for files and directories?

What is the error message or installation requirement during the install setup that is not working? Can you perhaps upload a screenshot in your reply?

Also just try continuing...
I too got the mod_rewrite warning, but it was a false warning and I continued on and everything worked fine.
