    Is there anything already built into SS that provides for building conditional forms? Basically changing the values of dropdown boxes based on previous selections? Or adding or removing entire fields based on previous selections?

    nothing built-in, sorry - either refresh the page and react to $_GET switches in your form constructor, or change things around on clientside.
